Wanted to introduced myself in this new adventure my name is Valerie, I am originally from Puerto Rico but currently leaving in Japan (yes, is a long way from home). I want to create a space that I can share my experiences as Puerto Rican, Mechanical Engineer, Military Spouse, Beginner Baker and more through my hidden passion, writing.
Through this space I am going to share everything I have learned from moving to an unknown place in Ohio, while being in college through an overseas PCS to Japan. How all these experiences has helped me developed my professional career, how I have been able to engineer Puertorican food even in the other side of the world and the diverse cultures that has made an influence in the person I am today.
